In this new role Ms. Golla will be responsible for the distribution and management of the benefits administration outsourcing services offered by Benefit Concepts. Ms. Golla has established an office in Chandler, AZ to service clients located in Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah.

For twenty years Benefit Concepts has been a leader in COBRA administration and FSA administration services business. More recently Benefit Concepts has introduced Active Benefit Administration a state-of-the-art internet based benefits enrollment and vendor management system that has provided employers with the ability to regain control of this important aspect of their businesses. Charlotte is a graduate of Wake Forest University and prior to joining Benefit Concepts she worked for Lovitt & Touche, Inc, a well respected, Phoenix insurance agency. As a Sales Executive for Lovitt & Touche, Charlotte was responsible for selling Life & Health and Property & Causality insurance products to businesses throughout the southwest.
