Ceridian's Executive Vice President Keith Strodtman to Discuss the Future of Talent Management

With over fifteen years experience in business process outsourcing, HR services, product management, and finance, including involvement in the pioneering days of HR outsourcing, Keith Strodtman is well versed in the benefits of HRO. As the leader of Ceridian's HRO business, Keith drives the development of HRO services and delivery capability and is accountable for the on-going service provision to Ceridian's HRO clients. Under his leadership, Ceridian was the first mid market provider to establish HRO as a dedicated business unit.

Prior to joining Ceridian, Keith was a director in the Global BPO practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (now part of IBM), responsible for the HR BPO service offering and for implementing large-scale HRO outsourcing engagements. He developed the financial value proposition for PwCs first HR BPO contract in 1999 and was the global leader for the HR administrative segment of PwC's largest HR BPO contract. Keith also worked on the first multi-process HR BPO services in the U.S. in his tenure at Fidelity Investments.
