(US:ZQK) today announced the appointment of Carol Scherman as the new
Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Quiksilver Americas.
Previously, Scherman was a consultant for SBS Technologies and served as
the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at AmerisourceBergen
Corporation (formerly Bergen Brunswig), a $20 billion provider of
pharmaceutical distribution and related services. She has a B.S.
degree from the University of San Francisco and an M.S. from California
State University Fullerton. Scherman will lead Quiksilver's Human
Resources department and partner with the Quiksilver Executive
Management Team to continue to grow the world's leading outdoor sports
lifestyle company.
