Callidus Software Holds Customer Advisory Board Meeting

Leader in Sales Performance Management Receives Valuable Feedback from Customers

SAN JOSE, Calif., May 26, 2009 — Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM), today announced that it held its sixth semi-annual Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meeting at its headquarters in San Jose on May 6, 2009. Customer executives met with Callidus’ executives and senior management to learn the latest developments in SPM and preview the most recent products. CAB members had the opportunity to offer direct input on new and current products and services.

Customers from a wide range of industries attended the meeting. Representatives from companies including Brocade, TELUS and Principal Financial Group shared best practices and ideas for products and services.

Callidus executives and senior management lead several breakout sessions focused on creating more valuable solutions and enhancing current applications. Attendees were able to rate products and services based on their importance.
