Enterprise Growth of 187%; Bullhorn Implements its 1,000th Customer
Boston – October 11, 2007 – Bullhorn, the global leader in On Demand, front office staffing and recruiting software, today announced continued solid performance and strong revenue growth during the third fiscal quarter of 2007, which ended on September 30, 2007. Bullhorn experienced another consecutive quarter of high revenue growth, as a result of its presence in the enterprise market with 187% growth, and also because of the high adoption rate of Bullhorn among mid-sized staffing and recruiting firms.
Compared to the same quarter in 2006, Bullhorn’s revenues increased 64%, and year-to-date the number of new customer users increased 60%. New customer user growth over a two year period is tracking at a growth rate of 142%. Notably, Bullhorn also increased the number of new customers it has in the market for mid-sized staffing and recruiting firms by 109%, which led to the company achieving a milestone of having 1,000 staffing and recruiting firms, with 11,000 users, select Bullhorn as their On Demand front office solution.

Licensed revenues from enterprise customers increased by 187% during Q3 2007 versus the same period last year
Licensed revenues from mid-sized customers increased by 46% during Q3 2007 versus the same period last year
Licensed revenues from emerging customers increased by 50% during Q3 2007 versus the same period last year.
