Brandon Hall Research to Produce ‘Innovations in Learning’ Conference

Unique Program Stresses Hands-On Learning & Interactive Experience

April. 3, 2007, SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Brandon Hall Research today is announcing plans for a unique new conference series that celebrates the tools, technologies, innovations and ideas that power successful workforce learning and development initiatives. Developed by an international team of learning leaders, analysts, advisors and suppliers, the Brandon Hall Research Innovations in Learning Conference will be held Sept. 25 and 26 at the Santa Clara Marriott, in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a pre-conference program planned for Monday, Sept. 24.

The new conference series is designed to offer attendees an experience more valuable than the typical event built around speeches and exhibit halls. The Brandon Hall Research Innovations in Learning Conference will be built around four practical pillars, Doing, Playing, Sharing, and Understanding. Attendees will benefit from the hands-on innovations of the conference, both in terms of the technologies they’ll test drive and the more functional approach to conference programming.

Conference registration is now available at www.brandonhallconference.com. Sponsorship information is also available on the conference Web site.

“This conference really is about the reality versus the theoretical, the functional versus the conceptual,” said Brandon Hall, Ph.D., founder and chairman of Brandon Hall Research. “Our conference planners have pulled together a wide cross-section of industry experts who won’t just tell you how to most productively deliver and manage workforce education, and they won’t just show you either. You will experience learning technologies in new, eye-opening ways. You certainly won’t want to passively sit through a traditional conference again.”

Some of the advancements the Brandon Hall Research Innovations in Learning Conference will offer are:

“We know attendees, sponsors and speakers alike will all respond to the groundbreaking nature of the Brandon Hall Research Innovations in Learning Conference,” said Gary Woodill, Ed.D, Conference Director. “In addition to the program itself, attendees can benefit from special networking opportunities, attend the Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards presentation and enjoy evening events and post-conference excursions.”
