BPO Management Services Wins New Contract From Designed Metal Connections

BPO Management Services Wins New Contract From Designed Metal Connections for Human Resources Outsourcing Software
ANAHEIM, Calif., Feb. 13  -- BPO Management Services, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: BPOM) a leading full-service business process outsourcing company for middle-market companies, today announced that Designed Metal Connections (DMC), Gardena, CA, has signed a contract for its human resource software package.

The company reported that the 500-person company, which had before been a BPO Management Services human resource outsourcing software customer, has returned. DMC left in the first place because it had bought an enterprise-wide software package. However, that package proved to be insufficient for its niche needs and extremely costly to adapt.

The company returned as a customer because the BPO Management Systems package included a recruiting and benefits workforce administration program as well as qualifications tracking and training administration that fit DMC's needs more precisely.

Patrick Dolan, chief executive officer, BPO Management Services, said, "It is very gratifying to have re-won this client and demonstrated our superiority to a nationally known enterprise-wide solution. In serving middle market companies, we know that each company's needs and budgets are critical. Often we modify the software at very reasonable prices. However, in DMC's case, our standard software package met its needs right out of the box."
