Applegate, a Fortune 500 and global outsourcing sales veteran, will develop innovative strategies to drive future workforce management business development in the Eastern U.S. He brings almost 20 years of sales experience to Workscape, the past 15 years with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a global leader in the outsourcing of human resources, payroll and benefits services.
At ADP, Applegate, a global sales manager for the comprehensive outsourcing services division, managed the largest revenue sale in the history of the company for their comprehensive service delivery organization. In recognition of his outstanding sales performance, he was included in the President´s Club nine times during his 15-year tenure at ADP.
Prior to his work as a global sales manager, Applegate developed new business relationships for ADP´s human resources, payroll and benefits outsourcing services as a national sales manager. Applegate holds a bachelor´s degree in English, with a minor in Marketing, from the University of Connecticut.
