Milton Keynes, UK, 18 August 2008 - BI, the Communication and Motivation Company, has today announced the appointment of Mark Taylor in the position of Head of Events. Mark has joined BI from Grass Roots Group to focus on the development of the Events Team and will continue its reputation of delivering exceptional events.

Mark will begin his new role with BI on 1 October, heading up a team of 30 events specialists responsible for almost 100 events per year for clients such as BMW, GM, HBOS, Peugeot and HP.
Stuart Warwick, commercial director at BI, has been responsible for BI's Events Team over the past eighteen months and, following a handover to Mark, will move into a new role with responsibility for the development of BI's overseas business which includes its MINT activities in Asia.
Mark has been in his current position at Grass Roots for four years and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and more than 20 years of experience in the field of event management. As a respected member of the events industry, he has been a member of the Eventia Board since 2007, and in June was elected Vice Chairman of Eventia.
