McKee will be responsible for new business development among all industries across the country.

Previously Amy led Advisor Recruitment and Selection at American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise Financial), as well as the revenue-generating Continuing Education department and the measurement function for Field Training. She was also part of the inaugural Six Sigma class, driving efficiency and cost-cutting into HR processes.
