Human Resources: Bernard Hodes Group named Bradley Savoy, Director of Strategic Development

CHARLOTTE, NC – Bernard Hodes Group (www.hodes.com), a leading provider of integrated talent solutions, today named Bradley Savoy, Director, Strategic Development, he will be based in Charlotte, NC.

In his role as Director, Strategic Development, Bradley will oversee the consulting, client management, and QTrac practices for Bernard Hodes Group to develop and implement proactive solutions for client’s talent management initiatives.

Bradley brings more than 14 years of Human Resources and Staffing leadership to Bernard Hodes Group. Most recently Bradley has consulted with senior Human Resources and Staffing executives on strategic optimization of their human capital strategies and practices. Prior to joining Bernard Hodes Group, Savoy held a variety of leadership positions in Human Resources and Staffing with world-class companies, including Client Executive at Taleo, Vice President of Staffing and Staffing Practices at Bank of America, Director of Recruiting at Andersen, and Human Resources and Staffing Manager at Primix Solutions. Bradley brings a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources and Staffing leadership, organizational strategy and design, change management, M&A experience, and technology as well as a deep back ground in applying Six Sigma to staffing.
