BeneTrac announces new hire & promotion

San Diego, and Long Beach, CA, November 30, 2009 - BeneTrac, a Paychex
company and provider of powerful, web-based electronic enrollment and
employee benefits administration software, today announced Patrick Baldwin
as regional sales director for the greater Los Angeles area from Long Beach
north to Fresno in California, as well as the promotion of Chris Knight to
field sales manager.

Knight joined BeneTrac in November 2000 and previously held the position of
regional sales director. Baldwin is assuming Knight's former position.
With a reputation throughout the human resources industry as an expert in
broker distribution, open enrollment, and benefits, Knight was the company's
top producer for fiscal year 2009. He began his career at BeneTrac by
overseeing the opening of the company's Los Angeles territory. Knight's
role has grown to include oversight of regional sales directors in Los
Angeles, Texas, Arizona, Georgia, and Florida. Knight graduated from San
Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.

BeneTrac hired Patrick Baldwin to succeed Knight as regional sales
director. In this role, Baldwin will work with brokers, carriers, human
resources professionals, and benefits administrators. He will consult with
and help them to migrate from traditional paper-laden or other less
automated systems to BeneTrac's employee benefits management technology.

Well-known in the software and human resources industries, Long Beach-based
Baldwin has more than a decade of sales and staffing experience. Formerly,
he held the position of district manager with ADP TotalSource, a
professional employer organization specializing in human resources, employee
benefits, and risk management, where he was responsible for generating new
accounts and managing payroll specialists. Baldwin also worked as a
professional employer consultant at Strategic Outsourcing, Inc., where he
was responsible for providing strategic human resources solutions to
employers of all sizes. Baldwin's sales experience in the industry also
includes positions working with Fortune 1000 and Inc. 500 businesses in
fields including technical, medical, industrial, advertising, finance, and
business services. Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from
California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.
