The company increased its workforce by 35 percent this quarter, and plans to add even more employees in the near future.

The goal, which is to reach $50 million in revenue by 2013 while creating a culture of teamwork and intrinsic rewards, is lofty but reachable. In fact, Sterling Satellite is well on pace to meet that goal.

A key component of reaching the BHAG will be Sterling Satellite's ability to remain competitive and dominant in a congested market. In the next year, the company looks to increase its market share by taking advantage of its stable economic position and already proven success.
