Based in Primacy’s Dallas office, Shipley will oversee the Supply Chain Management practice, providing oversight for the company’s sourcing, selection, evaluation and on-going training of international partners. She will report to Jim Edwards, CRP, GMS, Vice President of Supply Chain Management.
MEMPHIS – January 31, 2007 – Primacy Relocation, a leading provider of employee relocation and global assignment management services, today announced the appointment of Sandy Shipley, CRP, GMS, CERC, as Director of International Partner Management. Based in Primacy’s Dallas office, Shipley will oversee the Supply Chain Management practice, providing oversight for the company’s sourcing, selection, evaluation and on-going training of international partners. She will report to Jim Edwards, CRP, GMS, Vice President of Supply Chain Management.
Shipley brings more than 19 years of corporate relocation experience to this post, including two years in the real estate industry. Her previous positions include Director of Operations, Director of Training & Development and Vice President of Client Relations. She has been a panel speaker at the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) conference and at several real estate training seminars.

Shipley earned an A.A. from Stephens College in Columbia, Mo. and has studied at the University of Texas at Arlington. She holds Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC), Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations.
