Leading EAP Provider Announces Two Executive Promotions

ACI, one of the nation´s Top Ten Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) by Business Insurance Magazine, today announced the appointment of Mike La Voy to the new position of Vice President of Operations and Tandice Tinney to Sales Manager.

San Diego, CA (July 28, 2006)   ACI, one of the nation´s Top Ten Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) by Business Insurance Magazine, today announced the appointment of Mike La Voy to the new position of Vice President of Operations and Tandice Tinney to Sales Manager.  These promotions are effective July 26, 2006 and are the first part of ACI´s most recent restructuring to respond to the increasing demand of its highly successful EAP services.

In his new capacity as VP of Operations, La Voy will extend his leadership focus to include organizational development, strategic planning and developing growth initiatives for ACI´s continued success.  In addition, La Voy will continue to advance ACI´s highly acclaimed AppleCore Wellness program, a comprehensive health and prevention benefits package designed to help employers increase productivity, reduce absences and enhance the health of their employees.

La Voy is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology.

Tinney will lead the international and national sales force in the administrative, performance and reporting functions of sales, in addition to her continued sales efforts.  Tinney has worked with ACI in many capacities since 1985. She is a perfect example of ACI´s commitment to growth and change. Most recently, Tinney held the position of Director of Operations.  She holds a Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.  She was a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and was nominated for several prestigious awards during her time at SDSU.
