NEW YORK: August 6, 2007 -- Robert Alps has joined Buck Consultants as a Director in its Chicago office.
Alps joins Buck from Towers Perrin, where he served as Consultant. His expertise includes design, valuation, and administration for corporate and multiemployer pension plans.
Alps is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary. He currently serves as the Society of Actuaries' Examination General Officer for exams P/1 and FM/2. Alps received his bachelors, masters, and Ph.D. in mathematics from Northwestern University.
