FEI BEHAVIORAL HEALTH APPOINTS LUISA Y. CHARBONNEAU AS PRESIDENT/CEO

MILWAUKEE – (December 29, 2004) – Luisa Y. Charbonneau has been named President and CEO of FEI Behavioral Health, the first national network EAP provider in the United States.

“Luisa was the unanimous first choice of the Search Committee from the moment she was interviewed,” announced Hunter Atkins, Chairman of the Board.  “Luisa brings to FEI the proven leadership qualities that we expect to benefit not only our staff and customers, but also Families International and the hundreds of child and family-serving agencies that comprise the Alliance for Children and Families,” he added.  (need description of FI and ACF relationship)

Prior to this appointment, Charbonneau served a number of executive leadership positions at Humana, Inc.  Most recently she served as Chief of Operations for Humana’s Consumer Experience Team, in Louisville, KY. Prior to this role, she led a very successful regional Medicare Advantage (formerly Medicare + Choice) health plan.

Ms. Charbonneau earned an MBA in General Management/Management Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Planning and Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

She has moved to Milwaukee with her husband Joe, and her two children, CJ and Emily.
