Singh joins Buck from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served as Senior Consultant. His expertise includes consulting on prescription drug benefits, pharmacy benefit management, health care cost containment strategies, vendor selection, and Medicare Part D issues.
Singh received his bachelor's degree from London School of Economics and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
