Minis joins Buck from the New York City Comptroller’s Office, where she served as Director of Fixed Income and Rebalancing.
Her expertise includes investment manager searches, evaluation and selection, investment policy development, compliance issues, and project management.
Minis received her bachelor’s degree from City University of New York and her MBA from Fordham University.
