SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- MassMutual Retirement Services
Division will present a free WebEx education session for retirement plan
advisors and third-party administrators to share the terms, conditions and
benefits of its Fiduciary Warranty. The third-party certification component of
the MassMutual Smart Architecture(SM) Investment Program will be reviewed,
followed by a discussion of how to qualify for the Fiduciary Warranty. The
coverage of the Fiduciary Warranty with respect to the DOL's final QDIA
regulations will also be addressed.
The one-hour Fiduciary Warranty WebEx session will be held on Wednesday,
November 14 starting at 2 p.m. Eastern Time. MassMutual presenters will
include Paul Steven Henry, vice president of product development, and Tom
Cremona, second vice president, investment services. According to Henry,
"MassMutual is the only provider with a Fiduciary Warranty that certifies that
our designated funds meet the definition of a QDIA under the final DOL
regulations."
