Robert Besancenez has joined the St. Louis office of Buck Consultants as a Director in the Health and Welfare Practice.

Besancenez joins Buck from Huntleigh McGehee, a regional brokerage firm, where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Analyst. Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant with Mercer Human Resource Consulting.

NEW YORK: July 26, 2006 -- Robert Besancenez has joined the St. Louis office of Buck Consultants as a Director in the Health and Welfare Practice.

Besancenez joins Buck from Huntleigh McGehee, a regional brokerage firm, where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Analyst.  Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant with Mercer Human Resource Consulting.  His expertise includes rate and cost projections, reserve analysis, funding alternatives, plan design strategy and implications, contribution scenarios, and vendor management and negotiations.

Besancenez received his bachelor´s degree in Actuarial Science and Accounting from Drake University.  He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and a licensed insurance producer in the state of Missouri.
