O'Donnell's HR expertise includes retirement plan design and compliance, performance evaluation, alignment of HR and corporate goals, merger and spin-off issues, health plan negotiations, and management training programs.

O'Donnell received his bachelor's degree in economics from St. John's University and is a member of the NY State Bar. He also served in the U.S. Army.
