Workshop Proposals Accepted Sept. 5-Oct. 2, 2006

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - WorldatWork, the association for human resources professionals focused on attracting, motivating and retaining employees, is seeking educational workshop presentations on leading-edge research, innovative techniques and emerging trends in compensation, benefits, work-life, performance and recognition, development and career opportunities and executive rewards. Workshop proposals will be accepted Sept. 5-Oct.2, 2006, at www.worldatwork.org/callforpresentations.

Case studies, panel discussions and the impact of globalization on total rewards are highly sought as workshop presentations for the WorldatWork Total Rewards Conference & Exhibition 2007, to be held at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Fla., May 6-9, 2007.

Workshop presentations on total rewards strategies are highly encouraged for submission. These workshops should explore the trends, best practices, and overarching implications of the employer-employee value proposition in a business strategy.
