In this capacity, Whittier is responsible for overseeing new business development and sales as well as field marketing, promotions and programs for Workscape's Outsourced Benefits Administration business unit.

Whittier has more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience in the outsourcing industry. Before joining Workscape, he was Vice President for Fidelity's HR Outsourcing business group where he sold Fidelity's integrated HR solution to large organizations and directed Fidelity's marketing activities. Whittier has also held various sales and executive roles with the Employer Services Group for ADP. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Association for Human Resource Information (IHRIM) and the American Payroll Association (APA). He also has served as a member on the Tufts HMO board of directors and holds a bachelor's degree from Boston State College.
