MEMPHIS – April 6, 2007 – Primacy Relocation, a leading provider of employee relocation and global assignment management services, today announced the appointment of Wendy Richardson as Vice President of Client Services. Based in Primacy’s Dallas office, Richardson will head a Client Services division to ensure seamless service delivery to the growing list of Primacy clients. She brings to Primacy more than 20 years of comprehensive domestic and global relocation experience. Richardson will report to Michelle Vallejo, SCRP, GMS, Primacy’s President, The Americas.

Richardson’s expertise encompasses strategic alliances, policy consulting and relationship building. She has held leadership positions in the operations, client services and sales sectors. Prior to joining Primacy, Richardson served as Vice President of Relationship Management for an international financial services company. During her tenure there, Richardson retained 94 percent of clients and transitioned multimillion-dollar accounts during a corporate acquisition. Earlier in her career, she was the Relationship Management Director for a global relocation provider.
Richardson earned a B.B.A. from Northwood University. She holds both Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations.
