The Antigua Group, Inc. Selects Time America for Autormated Time & Labor Management

The Antigua Group, Inc. one of the nation´s leaders in sports apparel, has selected Time America to automate its time and labor management process.

Antigua is using NETtime® to track time and labor data for approximately 250 employees.  Using NETtime, Antigua will eliminate manual tracking and calculation of employee time and gain the ability to apply payroll policies in a uniform manner. 

 “We were looking for a solution that was cost effective to help us improve our labor management process and provide an easy means of tracking employee data,” commented Penny Larson, director of Human Resources for Antigua. “We found that NETtime addressed our needs and can help us improve our labor management process.”

In conjunction with NETtime, Antigua is using magnetic card time clocks which enable employees to “swipe and go” when they clock in and out for the day and for lunches or breaks. The time clocks collect employee data and transfer it to NETtime where schedules, payroll policies, and benefit accruals are applied.  The data in the NETtime database interfaces with Antigua’s Paychex payroll system.
