SumTotal Systems Announces Second Quarter 2007 Earnings Release and Conference Call Date

    MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 2007--SumTotal(R)
Systems (NASDAQ:SUMT), a global provider of talent and learning
management solutions, will host its second quarter 2007 earnings
conference call on Tuesday, July 31, 2007. A news release outlining
SumTotal's second quarter results will be released that day after the
market closes. The conference call will take place at 5:00 p.m.
Eastern Time. Hosting the call will be SumTotal's CEO Don Fowler, COO
Dave Crussell and CFO Neil Laird.
