(Cincinnati and Singapore; June 22, 2005) - - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in providing customer care, human resources, and billing services, announced today it continues to experience an increase in sales momentum for its employee care solutions in the Asia-Pacific region. Three new clients in Singapore, Seagate (NYSE: STX), Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS), and DBS Bank, have selected Convergys to provide human resources services, and a fourth Singapore client, UBS (NYSE: UBS), has agreed to expand its existing contract with Convergys.
Convergys will provide new insurance administration and employee claims support for Seagate and Goldman Sachs, and expanded support for UBS. Convergys will furnish benefit plan consulting services to develop a benefits framework for DBS Bank.

Seagate Technology, the leading supplier of hard disc drives for Internet, business, and consumer applications, selected Convergys to provide an innovative regional approach to risk management for the company’s medical benefits administration. The services delivered by Convergys will allow Seagate to streamline its HR department and provide a greater level of responsiveness to employees.
A leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management firm, Goldman Sachs chose Convergys for its ability to provide an HR solution that can provision accurate market benchmarks and analytics for HR decision-making. Convergys will provide Goldman Sachs with increased analytics and business intelligence to enhance decision-making while delivering improved service quality and responsiveness to employees.
DBS Bank, one of the largest financial services groups in Asia, selected Convergys to provide a framework from which DBS Bank can design, manage, and deliver benefits plans consistently across the Asia-Pacific region. Convergys will also develop a platform that allows for future geographic expansion and will review the benefits plans offered in each country to ensure compliance with DBS Bank’s overall global benefits philosophy. In addition, Convergys will create an internal branding and communications strategy to ensure high adoption rates while reinforcing the company’s values to employees.
