MEMPHIS - August 20, 2007 – For the third consecutive year, Primacy Relocation was ranked number one in customer satisfaction by transferring employees in Trippel Survey & Research’s Annual Nationwide Relocating Employees Survey. Additionally, Primacy earned the distinction of having the highest percentage of Top Block score (those ranking services a 9 or 10) and lowest percentage of Bottom Block (those ranking services 1 through 6).

Known for its comprehensive results and wide reach, the Trippel Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey, now in its 13th year, objectively evaluates customer satisfaction levels among varied relocation service providers. Trippel questioned 3,628 transferees (transferred within the U.S.) over a 12-month period ending June 2007. Eight of the largest relocation management companies were evaluated on a 10-point scale. The respondents whose moves were managed by Primacy gave the company an average ranking of 8.47 and a net satisfaction rate of 55.4%. Net satisfaction represents the difference between the top block and the bottom block scores; the higher net satisfaction percentage difference, the higher the level of overall customer satisfaction.
