Phillip Stewart Joins Kenexa as Chief People Officer

Talent Solutions Provider Welcomes Seasoned HR Executive to Support Global Growth
WAYNE, Pa. (May 30, 2007) - - Kenexa® (Nasdaq: KNXA), a leading provider of talent acquisition and retention solutions, today announced that Phillip Stewart has joined the company as Chief People Officer. Stewart will oversee the company’s HR functions and support its continued global expansion.

Prior to joining Kenexa, Stewart was the area Human Resources director for DENTSPLY International, the largest professional dental products company in the world. He was responsible for HR activities in four divisions with 1,300 associates dispersed across North America and Canada. Earlier in his career, Stewart held positions at Sara Lee Corporation, including HR Director, for two of the company’s apparel divisions and supported HR functions for operations in the U.S., Central America and the Caribbean.

Stewart is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR.) He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and is currently attending Warren University where he will earn a master’s of science degree in Human Resources.
