(San Diego, CA) ACI Specialty Benefits – one of the nation’s Top Ten EAP providers – is excited to announce the appointment of three top executives: Thomas Lee as Vice President of Global Sales, Danelle Pereira as Director of AppleCore Wellness and Ike Okenwa as Global Benefits Executive.  These new appointments come in response to ACI’s global expansion and widespread wellness initiatives.

“With the launch of last year’s hugely-successful AppleCore Wellness program, ACI Specialty Benefits is extremely pleased to expand its staff to meet the growing demands of new business,” states Founder and CEO, Dr. Ann D. Clark.  “These three highly-skilled individuals will be integral to the continued growth and success of ACI Specialty Benefits.”

As the newly-appointed Vice President of Global Sales, Thomas Lee has been charged with leading ACI’s sales team in executing worldwide sales initiatives and generating continued revenue growth for ACI Specialty Benefits. He is committed to maintaining the company’s place among the nation’s top ten EAP providers, and providing best in class service to ACI’s clients around the globe.  Thomas joins ACI with over 10 years of progressive sales experience, most notably with Access Nurses, where he achieved the great distinction of “Top Account Manager” for 12 consecutive quarters.  Thomas graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

An accomplished “Fitness America” competitor, Danelle Pereira has joined ACI Specialty Benefits as Director of AppleCore Wellness – an integrated wellness solution for corporations battling skyrocketing healthcare expenditures.  In this capacity, Danelle will oversee global wellness initiatives designed to improve employee health while decreasing employer healthcare costs.  She is highly skilled at developing ongoing promotional activities that drive employee participation and produce measurable results.  Prior to joining ACI, Danelle worked with American Specialty Health (ASH) as a client-focused health coach.  Danelle graduated from Sonoma State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology, and holds a secondary teaching credential in Physical Education and Health Science from San Francisco State.
