Lee joins Buck from Hewitt Associates, where he served as Principal and Health Management Consulting Actuary. Prior to that, he spent 19 years with Buck. With more than 27 years of total actuarial consulting experience, Lee's expertise includes healthcare plan design and strategy, union negotiations, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, forecasting, and long term disability funding and reserve measurement.
He received his bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Waterloo (Canada). He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
