David Gibson has joined Buck Consultants' Dallas office as Director in its Health and Welfare consulting practice.
NEW YORK: April 12, 2007 -- David Gibson has joined Buck Consultants' Dallas office as Director in its Health and Welfare consulting practice.  

Gibson joins Buck from Deloitte Consulting, where he served as Senior Manager, Human Capital Advisory Services. His expertise includes plan design, health care strategy, plan performance measurement, and absence management issues. 

Gibson is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist.  He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.
