Benefit Software Inc., ( www.bsiweb.com), the leader in benefits communication technology, releases CompWatch version 7.13.

Santa Barbara, CA - March 16, 2005 - Benefit Software Inc.

Benefit Software Inc., ( <http://www.bsiweb.com/> www.bsiweb.com), the leader in benefits communication technology, releases CompWatch version 7.13. The new version of CompWatch includes Employers' First Report of Injury form updates for Colorado, New Jersey, South Dakota and Texas as well as a new report for printing claim notes.

CompWatch does more than just produce the Employers' First Report of Injury and OSHA Logs (300 and 300A). It helps identify fraudulent, excessive, duplicate and repetitive claims; get employees back to work sooner; and reduce the frequency and severity of claims thus substantially lowering workers' comp costs. In addition, CompWatch promotes improved employee awareness in recording and reporting injuries and illnesses to ensure compliance with revised OSHA requirements.

CompWatch uses injury and illness claim data to produce management reports and graphs, which in turn are used to monitor safety programs. The system will automatically send Employers' First Report of Injury claim data from remote locations to corporate headquarters, TPA or insurance carriers.

Sandy Franklin, Workers' Compensation Coordinator for South Carolina Department of Mental Health with 5,000 employees and 30+ locations, states, "CompWatch has reduced repeat injuries which has saved us money on claims.

It saves me time because I don't have to pull files for information. I can go directly to CompWatch and view all the notes and claim detail."

William Smith, Business Development Director at Benefit Software says, "CompWatch is designed to make tracking and trending claims easy. Many companies also find that the reports help them to reduce claims. Anyone that wants a success story should try CompWatch."
