NEW YORK: June 5, 2008 -- Michael Lawson has joined Buck Consultants as a Director in the firm's Dallas office.

Lawson joins Buck from Ernst & Young LLP, where he served as Employee Benefit Consultant. He has worked with domestic and international clients to provide retirement plan design and administration, compliance reviews, process improvement, M&A due diligence, and vendor searches.

Lawson received his bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University and his JD from the University of Texas School of Law.
