HRXpert is a free assessment tool that Agility HR created to help HR manager's double-check internal policies to ensure they are compliant with government employment regulations. Agility HR's, HRXpert is a free assessment that first consists of a ten question mini-version found on Agility HR's website (www.myagilityhr.com). Participants answer a series of HR and compliance related questions that help to evaluate current hiring and firing policies, sexual harassment procedures and wage compensation issues. Once the HRXpert mini assessment is complete, participants will receive an overview of responses, a comparison to what Agility HR considers best practices for each answer, and a summary of how well the company scored in terms of compliance.
Following the HRXpert mini assessment, participants are invited to take a more thorough 100 question assessment that is administered on-site by an Agility HR expert consultant. The 100 question, in person assessment will provide management with a comprehensive evaluation of how the company can improve its employment practices and reduce the risk of entering into employee litigation. Following the in-depth assessment, the Agility HR consultant will provide the company with customized, strategic recommendations to strengthen its processes to avoid an expensive and time intensive employee lawsuit.
