PlanSource Expands Product Set with Acquisition of Enwisen’s Broker Communication Suite

Louisville, CO  May 29, 2008 – PlanSource, an innovator in the field of human resources (HR), benefits and insurance management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMB), has expanded and enhanced its product suite with the successful completion of its acquisition of Enwisen’s suite of communication solutions for benefits brokers.  The move solidly establishes PlanSource as the leader in broker-deployed benefits administration and employee decision support solutions.  The acquisition of its broker solutions allows Enwisen to commit its full focus on expanding its leadership in the workforce communications market for medium and large-sized employers through its AnswerSource Workforce Portal.  Enwisen retains ownership of all AnswerSource products and clients.
