MARLBOROUGH, Mass. (June 18, 2008) –

talent management solutions, today announced that John Miele has joined the company as vice president of Service Operations for the
outsourced benefits administration (OBA) business unit. In this role, Miele is responsible for ongoing service delivery to Workscape’s OBA clients, which includes leadership of the company’s Boise, Idaho-based HR Service Center.
Miele brings more than 20 years of Human Resource (HR) applications and HR service delivery experience to Workscape. Most recently, he served as a Division Vice President for Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) where he was responsible for the company’s HR service delivery. Prior to ACS, Miele held leadership positions at Convergys, Hewitt Associates and PeopleSoft.
“John has a keen interest and a robust skill set that drives continuous improvement and scalability in growing operational teams,” said Daryl Ashley, senior vice president for Workscape. “His strong emphasis on the connection between customer satisfaction and employee enthusiasm, combined with his extensive background in designing and delivering HR business services, will support ongoing initiatives to intensify our operations,” added Ashley.

Miele holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Iona College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pace University.
