Workscape Appoints Kathleen Cote to Board of Directors

-Cote Brings Strong Operational Background to Growing Provider of Outsourced Benefits Administration and Workforce Management Solutions-

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. (January 30, 2006) - - Workscape, Inc., a proven provider of outsourced benefits and workforce management solutions, today announced the appointment of Kathleen (Kath) A. Cote to its board of directors. 

 Cote is currently an advisor and board member to technology companies, providing strategic, operational and organizational assessment and development expertise.  Formerly the CEO of Worldport Communications Company, she was also the founder and president of Boston-based Seagrass Partners, a consulting firm that provided business, operational and management support to small to medium-sized companies. 

 Prior to founding Seagrass in 1998, she was the president and CEO of Computervision, a leading international supplier of desktop and enterprise product development and data management software and services, and guided that company´s merger with Parametric Technology.  She started her career at Computervision in 1986 as its vice president of operations.  Earlier in her career, she held key management roles at Wang Laboratories, MFE Corporation, and CTI Cryogenics.

 Cote has an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor´s degree from the University of Massachusetts.  Her other board commitments include Forgent Networks Corporation, Western Digital Corporation, and Radview Corporation.
