Workscape Appoints HR Veteran William Topper as Vice President of Operations for Outsourced Benefits Administration

HR Operations Executive Brings 17 Years of Large Company Experience to Expansion of Workscape´s Benefits Administration Operations

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. (September 7, 2006) - Workscape, experts in outsourced benefits

administration and compensation solutions, today announced that William (Bill) Topper has joined the company in the role of vice president of operations for Outsourced Benefits Administration (OBA).  In this capacity, Topper will be responsible for delivering all technology, business process outsourcing and communications solutions to its North American OBA clients from its Marlborough, Mass. and Boise, Idaho facilities.

 Topper joined Workscape following a 17-year career at ADP.  Most recently, he was vice president, ADP Employer Services Group and before that, he was the division vice president and general manager of ADP´s Benefit Services Division.  Earlier in his career at ADP, he was vice president and general manager of the major account region and major account service technology and Y2K team, as well as a branch manager and regional vice president.  Before re-joining ADP in 1997, Topper was president of Motor Sound Corporation in San Jose, Calif., a $300 million privately held conglomerate serving the mobile sound system and wireless communications markets.

 In addition to his professional credentials, Topper holds a Ph.D. in organizational management and leadership from Capella University, an MBA degree from Capital University, and a bachelor´s of science degree in business administration from Franklin University.
