Steven Brown has joined Buck Consultants' Philadelphia-area office in Berwyn as a Principal and local Retirement Practice Leader.
Brown had served with Watson Wyatt as a Senior Retirement Consultant and Local Practice Leader. He was also with Towers Perrin as a Senior Retirement Consultant. Brown has 18 years of retirement consulting experience, with expertise in Fortune 1000 client relationship management, consulting on retirement actuarial issues and plan redesign, and business development.
Brown received his bachelor´s degree in mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.

James Otto has joined Buck Consultants' Atlanta office as Director in the Compensation consulting practice.
Otto most recently served with PricewaterhouseCoopers as Director. He previously was a Principal with Ernst & Young. Otto has 20 years of benefits and executive compensation experience, with expertise in compensation strategy, executive employment agreements, competitive market reviews, incentive programs, and supplemental retirement and deferred compensation programs.
Otto received his J.D. degree from Ohio State University and holds a BA from Dartmouth College. He is a member of the Ohio and American Bar Associations, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and WorldatWork.

Jay Egelberg has joined Buck Consultants' Secaucus, NJ office as a Director in the Retirement consulting practice.
Engelberg joined Buck from The Segal Company, where he served as Vice President & Actuary. Prior to that, he worked at Watson Wyatt as a Consulting Actuary. Egelberg has 25 years of retirement consulting experience with expertise in multiemployer, corporate and non-profit pension plans, legislative compliance issues, plan administration, and new business development.
Egelberg received his bachelor´s degree from Queens College (NY). He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
