Mr. Sternklar joins Mercer from Fidelity Investments, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of Client Services and Sales. In this capacity, he was responsible for client and market-facing activities for Fidelity Human Resources Services, a human resources, payroll and benefits outsourcing business serving Fortune 500 clients. Since joining Fidelity in 2003, he held a number of leadership positions including EVP of Global Strategy, Strategic alliances, Corporate Business Development, and Major Accounts. Previously, from 1983-2002, Mr. Sternklar was with Unifi Network, a division of PricewaterhouseCoopers and predecessor company Kwasha Lipton, serving as general manager and chief operating officer at Unifi.
He succeeds Paul Zurlo, who recently resigned from Mercer HR Services to pursue an opportunity in private equity.
