Mercer Human Resource Consulting has appointed Mark Green as European Head of Benefits Outsourcing. Based in London, he will have a particular focus on the UK and Ireland.
Mr Green previously held a number of operational director roles at MBNA Europe Bank, most recently as director of business and technology strategies. Before joining MBNA, he was head of customer services at First Direct.

Mr Green studied at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
