Mercer's Investment Management Business Announces Key Organizational Changes to Support Growth. Global Assets Under Management nearly double in two year period ending
Boston, MA, February 21, 2008 - Mercer's investment management business has announced three
key executive appointments in the Americas to support significant growth, as
Mercer said that global assets under management had nearly doubled in
two years to $18.7 billion at year-end 2007 from $9.4 billion at the end
of 2005.

Marcel Larochelle has been appointed to a newly created position of Head
of the Americas, reporting to Phil de Cristo, President of Mercer's
investment management business. 

Ravi Venkataraman, previously Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for
investment management in the US, will now assume the role of Head of the
US for investment management, reporting to Mr. Larochelle. 

Denis Larose, previously Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for investment
management in Canada, will assume the additional duties of overseeing
the investments team in the US.  As CIO of the Americas, Mr. Larose will
report to Mr. Larochelle.
