NEW YORK: May 9, 2008 -- Kristin Patt has joined Buck Consultants as a Director in the firm's Minneapolis office.
Patt joins Buck after serving as an independent consultant. She previously served with Target Corporation. Her expertise includes design and implementation of defined contribution plans, communication strategy, web-based modeling tools, total compensation statements, and annual enrollment programs.
Patt will be responsible for the ACS|Mellon HSA Solution’s communication strategy and will work directly with the HSA employers and health plans to help them meet their communication needs.
She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the College of Saint Catherine (MN) and her MBA from the University of Saint Thomas (MN).
