Human Resources: Utica National Insurance Group Deploys GeoLearning’s Hosted LMS & Talent Management Suite

WEST DES MOINES, IOWA, January 3, 2007 -- GeoLearning, Inc., the leading provider of Managed Learning Services and hosted learning and performance management technology, announced today that Utica National Insurance Group has deployed the GeoMaestro enterprise Learning Management Suite (LMS) to deliver and manage training across its enterprise.

Utica National, an upstate New York-based group of property and casualty insurance companies, deployed the GeoMaestro platform “with a goal of providing training that will create an environment of continuous learning and effective performance management,” said Cherie Mullen, Utica National’s Director of Learning.

The LMS, delivered Software as a Service, will support online and instructor-led learning programs for all employees. Utica National will evaluate training effectiveness and improved customer service via dashboard reporting and the GeoMaestro Dynamic Reporting Engine.

GeoLearning will also provide Internet hosting, security and maintenance services, and around-the-clock Help Desk support for Utica National administrators and employees as part of the three-year managed learning services contract.
