The online application shows benefit values both in absolute dollar terms and as a percentage of their compensation.
Customers of the service log into a control panel and then upload a company logo, a letter to their employees, custom text to be displayed beneath charts, and a data file of their employees compensation and benefits. The application then generates benefit reports that start printing automatically. There are several different forms of the reports to choose from with different combinations of charts and text. Customers can also opt to have SourceOne Benefits create the statements for them.

The cost of the application is based on the number of employees in the company and the level of service required. Several Middle Tennessee companies are already using the service and initial response has been very positive.
