Integrating myGroupLink with Planager, GroupLink’s proprietary administration system, has created an efficient, online way to navigate and use GroupLink’s dental insurance offerings.
MyGroupLink offers brokers and employers convenient access to information that has traditionally required a phone call or fax, such as proposal requests, activity, commission information, client history and much more. In addition, myGroupLink leverages the power of the Web to enable GroupLink’s General Agent and broker distribution channel to provide higher customer service levels, and a better overall customer experience at no additional cost to the broker or client.

www.grouplinktpa.com. GroupLink will conduct a series of Webinars to demonstrate the new portal tool and to show brokers how to use its online rating system.
