Mr. Arian joins Towers Perrin with more than 20 years experience in change management consulting.

STAMFORD, CT., OCTOBER 6, 2006 ¾ Towers Perrin, a global professional services firm, announced today that Mark Arian has joined Towers Perrin as the leader of the firm´s HR Services business global Change Management consulting practice, which is part of the firm´s broader Change Implementation practice.

 Mr. Arian joins Towers Perrin with more than 20 years experience in change management consulting. He focuses on human capital issues arising in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.  He is a frequent speaker around the world on topics including business transformation and merger integration, and has been a featured guest on CNBC.

 He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and the District of Columbia. He earned a B.A. degree from Duke University and a J.D from the Columbia University School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program.
