PERTAINS TO - All Full Time Employees

 

Full time employees who are selected for jury duty shall be granted leave and will be compensated their regular pay, less any monies provided to them from the court system.   In addition to this there will be no interruption in the length of the employees service with the Company.

 

Advance notice of at least [insert number of days] after receiving a selection notice must be provided from the employee to their immediate supervisor.   Should an employee be dismissed from jury duty at least [insert number of hours] prior to the end of the business day, they are required to report back to work.
