Full time
employees who are selected for jury duty shall be granted leave and will be
compensated their regular pay, less any monies provided to them from the court
system. Â In addition to this there will
be no interruption in the length of the employees service with the Company.

Advance notice of
at least [insert number of days] after receiving a selection notice must
be provided from the employee to their immediate supervisor. Â Should an employee be dismissed from jury
duty at least [insert number of hours] prior to the end of the business
day, they are required to report back to work.
